The current generation Elantra can seat up to five and has very accommodating trunk space. It comes in two trim levels: GLS, SE, all of which use a 138-hp, 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. Buyers have a choice between the standard five-speed manual or optional four-speed automatic transmissions for each trim level. The Hyundai Elantra is a sedan, although there is a related four-door hatchback known as the Elantra Touring. The sedan is available in GLS and SE trim levels.
